Are you on a gluten free and dairy free diet ? Have you heard of one of our newest treats the Cherry & Almond Tart? It has been ‘work in progress’ for two years! while I have been trying to get it right. At Liberty Loves we love creating new plant based recipes – trying to replicate everyone’s favourite chocolate treats but without all the guilt. We believe that living a gluten free and dairy free diet should not limit your choice to have great tasting puddings.
Therefore by using raw, vegan, gluten free and refined sugar ingredients we can share with you great treats. Its up to you whether you share with friends or not!! We have created two puddings in one, a chocolate tart and bakewell tart thus a chocolate bakewell tart with a twist. We dehydrate our own Morello cherries – so as well as having the flavour intensified the sour cherry adds that extra twist.
At Liberty Loves we feel it is important to use the best ingredients we can, sourcing organic ingredients at least 95% of the time. These tarts can be cut into pieces and frozen if you choose to spread out the job of eating – they will sit in the fridge for three months and a little longer in the freezer.
